Currently starting my own agency and would love to see a video on how you’ve worked your systems and operations, as to scale to your current MRR, I suppose you’ve had to delegate some stuff.
You've been chasing your goals wrong this whole time.
You say you want a car. Cool. But you're not doing the work that actually gets you one.
Stop focusing on "I want a GT3 RS."
Start focusing on: "If I close 10 clients in my agency, I can buy a GT3 RS."
The moment you start chasing inputs instead of outcomes, your goals actually start moving toward you.
Whenever I want something, I ask myself one question: what do I need to do to get that?
Then I chase exactly that. Nothing else.
Right now I want an AP. So instead of daydreaming about the watch, I'm focused on:
How many clients I need to close.
What results I need to deliver.
How many videos I need to post.
When you chase the inputs you can control, you reach the goal faster than if you just sit there expecting it to show up.
Someone on IG said;
“I’m humble enough to know that I may be not everyone’s first choice, but I’m confident enough to know that I’m not someone you find twice.”
Lovely.
We’ve normalized overconsumption. Podcast while walking. Reels in the bathroom. Music while cooking. Netflix while eating. Something is always filling the silence. It’s like we’re scared of being alone with our own thoughts. There’s no breathing space left for your mind.
being the “understanding” one is exhausting. you carry everyone’s trauma, everyone’s problems, everyone’s excuses. but when it’s your turn to fall apart, you do it alone. no one checks. no one asks.

Almost no one knows you exist.
The few who do are too busy to care.
Relax. No one’s watching.
