@Hisense_IND 5 days yet no callback from your team? Seriously your team is actually taking customer issues as priority or just ignoring and faking on social media that you’re caring a lot?
After waiting for almost a month time. It ended up as Zero progress and no solution.
First they said they will check for repair option or exchange TV but due to unavailable parts they asked me that if i can accept 35% of my purchase amount as refund which i have accepted (1/4)
even though I was not happy so they took my bank details, PAN card etc details, Then i went ahead and purchased another brand TV but now suddenly they says they have oart so for which i need to pay amount as TV is out of warranty and refund wont be possible. (2/4)
as i have already got the new TV because its will be useless to have another TV for me.
I am really hate to say that @Hisense_IND@HisenseGlobal has worst TV models which frequently gets issues and the support is also very bad takes months of time with no proper resolution EOD.
@zomatocare@zomato why restaurants cancelled orders and first they accept and then they make me wait for 30-40mins later i get this sudden cancellation message. And moreover no support is available to talk more everything is must automated with bits replies
Hello @Hisense_IND Ca you please look into your DM’s and respond to the issue i reported with your TV product. It’s been 3 days and i am not getting any response.
On the other side i have raised a ticket and the technician on WhatsApp not at all taking it as seriously and rude
@Airtel_Presence its been morel than 2 weeks your team neither provided internet connection and now not even providing refund. 3k+ amount stuck with you from last 20+ days. What’s this behaviour?
