She told that she would not be able to do it and would share a feedback. Kindly assist me in how to get this item returned and receive a refund, So that I can get the item, which I expected to get. I have attched screenshots and screen recording for your reference.
I agreed that your Zepto listings are right and my expectations were wrong. I requested the support person to take the item back and issue a refund, so I can purchase the item that I expected from somewhere else.
@tvsmotorcompany Hello, My wife has a Pep+ 2023 BS6 model (TN59CR1275). On 12/6/25, she had an issue with the side stand, where the spring did not hold the stand. The stand was replaced by Sivakrishna TVS, Narayanapuram, Madurai (Attached Bill). I got it fixed on 13/6/25.
@tvsmotorcompany The Side Stand Stay was replaced. I paid for the stay (Bill Attached). A refund was issued for the Side Stand which was changed unnecessarily on 13th June. Thirumani took ownership and resolved the issue.
Till today, I haven’t received a call from the showroom.
My questions are as follows:
1. Is the spare available with TVS Motor Company?
2. If it’s available, how long will it take to get one? It is after that I will be able to approach the service center to fix my side stand.
