Claude vs Gamma vs Alai

Created the same 5 slides in these 3 tools to see the difference.

Claude had full freedom and was able to create a decent funnel on the first slide. Overall the design felt weak though.

Gamma with its canvas constraints had no overlaps, used a decent theme but overall wasn't able to capture the essence of the content well.

Alai was able to convey the story 100x more clearly by using the funnel visual on every slide and creating a checklist for the last one.

With AI, it's easy to get something but you don't realize the difference between average and INSANE until you see it.

Use frontier models to build, not to run.

I didn't hand-write any of this. AI wrote the scripts, set up the flows, got everything running in hours.

Pre-AI this took days — which is why Zapier made sense. Now the pattern is: use a strong model once to generate the system, then run it cheaply forever.
