@atomberg_tech I bought a fan of yours a while ago. Also requested for a service personnel to come and fix it. Was told that someone would contact me within 72 hours to install it but no contact till date. 72 hours have passed

I then called your service support a while ago and was told to wait upto another 4 hours for the concerned department to call me again ( not to complete the installation) but to call me back for further action. Highly disappointed with your whole customer service.

@Uber I have a rider in your vehicle who cannot be reached and I am unable to track his ride. I have the driver name and vehicle number. Reached out to your safety team and got nil response. @Uber_India I need immediate resolution.
