And guess what, there was no resolution. @BluSmartIndia, if you want customers to stick around, you need to fix your pricing and get some real customer service support. I didn’t sign up to be ignored after being overcharged!

I'm beyond frustrated with @BluSmartIndia airport charges and their painfully slow customer service! The fares are vey high under the guise of ecofriendly rides. When I had an overcharge issue, I was stuck with customer service for an hour, getting the same scripted responses.
