People have no fucking clue how SIR is essentially fixing the rot in electioneering, e.g., a person I know very well had 3 votes before the SIR in AP. Now all those 2 are gone away, and there are many such cases. SIR is the only way to fix it.

What essentially the parasites under name of "andolan" want is to bring back this rot. During 2024 elections we were at a booth part of electioneering we had a group of people who were kept on watch to stop people from voting on behalf of thier DEAD parents or relatives as parties managed to get such votes on to the final slips.

Prove you are a citizen only then you shall get the right to vote.

Also the cry on EVM's? People have gone mad, don't these idiots know nothing about booth capture? What they used to do? Ballot papers will take back Indian electoral democracy back by couple of decades.
