@careinsuranceIN Hi - I did last week and you acknowledged that your team called me. They spoke but no confusion yet. Same hospitalisation and other insurer was able to process it. I have raised the claim for the same hospitalisation against money I paid from my side only. But yet, it’s aging 1m.

@careinsuranceIN @careinsuranceIN no help so far. I’m claiming what I paid and rest was paid by other insurer. I’m unsure what is taking month or more for the same hospitalisation reimbursement on your side, where other insurer already processed the rest. Unacceptable.

@careinsuranceIN It’s getting traumatic and harassment now as you’re just extending the reimbursement time it’s more than a month now. Is this acceptable? Please, please , I’m requesting your attention to this.

@careinsuranceIN Team, it’s 25th today and no reimbursement processed yet. As I told if you have queries speak to the hospital. I’m claiming only what I paid as rest was paid by other insurer. For same hospitalisation other hospital processed it and you’re not - how is this acceptable?
