My @Bank_on_Fi account was frozen on 18 Jan due to unusual activity which I completely understand.
What I don’t understand is what followed. I’ve been trying to get it unfrozen for over a week now. Every time I reach out, a new ticket is raised, but none of them ever get resolved

I submitted every single document you asked for, on time. You confirmed receiving them. You promised updates.
The moment I asked who is responsible now that your own TAT is over, you people stopped replying

@Bank_on_Fi Calling @Bank_on_Fi just plays a recorded message asking me to use the app. The app connects me to an AI bot that keeps raising tickets. When I finally reach a human, I’m told to wait for an email that never comes.
I’m currently traveling and urgently need my card active.

@flyspicejet It's been more than a month since I've applied for refund but still the refund is not been initiated. What's the problem? Details : Mumbai to Goa SG 445 Goa to Kolkata SG 680 booking date March 22, Flight date 10 April. Booking ID 2203210114757 . Please help

@YatraOfficial Cancelled my ticket and asked for refund as the spicejet cancelled its own flight. It showed refund will be initiated within next 7 days. Wrote multiple mails since then received a reply on 24 April to wait for 7 more days to get the refund initiated. Wrote several more emails.
