@EmiratesSupport Hi, my flight EK236 (ORD→DXB) was diverted to Budapest on Feb 28. Bags were offloaded there. I took BA via Heathrow to BLR, where my baggage is now missing. Reported to BA, but should I also file a report with Emirates as the original carrier?

I was stranded at the Budapest airport's terminal T2B after my Emirates flight to Dubai from Chicago was diverted due to airspace closures. I got back home today and wanted to acknowledge the efforts put in by @emirates staff Viktoria and Ágnes at the Budapest airport.

@HeathrowAirport My Emirates flight to DXB was diverted to BUD. I've booked a British Airways flight as an alternative from BUD to BLR. I have a US B1/B2 visa on my Indian passport. I suppose this would be sufficient for me to transit through Heathrow. Please guide.
