@united you have the worst “customer service” imaginable. Spent over an hour with a rep who refused to xfer me to a supervisor, then incorrectly booked my flight, charging me more without my seat additions and NOW I’m on hold for 40+ mins again. Get it together!

@Delta I sure hope not, I rarely few on delta but moved recently and there are more delta options now. Is it standard practice to only schedule 4 minutes between arrival and boarding? If so, I will need to take that into consideration when booking flights in the future

@Delta and really, they guy saying that we need to board faster... are you serious? How fast can one possibly walk down an aisle? Is he suggesting a late departure would be the passengers’ fault and not the airline that only allowed 4 minutes to deplane and clean an aircraft?

@delta we began boarding at around 2:30. It is now the 5th time a flight attendant has come on telling us how imperative it is that we board quickly because we “need clearance to land in ATL” and passengers with short connections should be worried
