The thing that irks me so much about all this gun violence is how many problems there are that seem to insurmountable (climate change, our geopolitical situation etc). But we have a clear playbook for this one. Just follow the other countries that solved this.

As a Nebraskan and parent of young children I can tell you right now my number one fear is having my kid(s) experience an active shooting.
