For #WomensHistoryMonth, we honor @kristiisloved, who refused to let Black history be silenced after Oklahoma enacted laws limiting how race and history are taught in schools. She founded Black History Saturdays, a free community-led program teaching authentic Black history for all ages.

Now entering its third year and backed by new funding from National Geographic, Williams' initiative has become a powerful movement, resisting political pressures to erase or dilute America's past.
