This makes me realize how magical Organic Chemistry is! Click reaction is one of the magic tricks to connect molecules which are highly energy demanding. If it wasn’t for these reactions, we’d be spending eternities trying to make carbon atoms react in a living cell for research!

Today, a colleague let me perform brain dissection and I successfully isolated cortex and hippocampus from a P2 mouse. Polishing my ‘cleaning out the meninges’ skills now. Go science!
