“Simeone, con respeto te lo digo, que pedazo de forro que sos. Que mal tipo que sos, sos esa cara soberbia de dictador. ¿Por qué no te vas a cagar? Pedazo de fantasma. Prefiero la vuelta de Sampaoli antes que vos”
Jajajaj totalmente basado el señor defendiendo a Julián Álvarez
@BarcaUniversal I bet he isn't disgusted by his father, Jesus Gil Marin, who gave him a job in a stolen club and was responsible for deaths of over 50 innocent people.
@Barca_izback@BarcaTimes@tntsportsmex Both of them are scum. One helped himself and Gil Marin stole the club, the other is a spoiled son of mafioso Gil Marin, a veterinarian by profession, who "inherited" a stolen club.
@rohino@FredrikSoderst1@totalBarca@gerardromero Reduced? For 20 millions form Transfermarkt valuation... oh the horror. Meanwhile Arsenal is offering also 100 million of fixed amount and were adamant with rejecting paying 150 mil fixed.
🚨 𝐍𝐄𝐖: Madrid City Council has approved a change to the rules for 448,000 square metres of Real Madrid’s training ground, allowing the club to use the land for new commercial and profitable projects. The amount of land Real Madrid can use for sporting facilities will fall to 89,000 m², four times less than before, while the land’s new value is estimated at around €360 million. This decision by Madrid City Council effectively increases the commercial value and development options of Real Madrid’s land, giving the club a major financial benefit.
This is also not the first time Real Madrid have benefited from a major land deal. In 2001, the club sold and changed the use of its old training ground on Paseo de la Castellana, where the Cuatro Torres were later built. That deal helped Real Madrid develop its new training complex in Valdebebas.
Many fans on SPANISH twitter have been outraged since the news came out from El Pais, calling Madrid the 'biggest state owned club' in the world. When a private football institution repeatedly receives political backing, planning changes and major increases in the commercial value of its land from public authorities, it is understandable why the “state club” label keeps coming back.
The question isn't whether Madrid Innovation District can benefit the city. It might. The question is whether another private club would receive the same level of institutional support when hundreds of millions in potential private land value are involved. ⚪💸
@elbrendohX@JijantesFC No Atletico's football player has ever been paid more per year than Diego Simeone earns per year as a manager at Atlético Madrid. Let that sink in... The most well-paid manager in football. He can thank to Marin! Each title costed Atletico 20 millions net in SImeone's salary!
@BarcaUniversal@FabrizioRomano I think that Flick is finally beyond over with waiting him out, while "he fights for his place in the team". Just watching him train, anyone should see and understand, why Balde stagnates and has injury issues.
@PizarraCholo@1dora_@gerardromero The current market value for Julián Álvarez on Transfermarkt is €120.00 million. The offer was 100 mil, for the player that not only wants to leave that poor excuse of a football club, but wishes only to go in to ONE SPECIFIC club. Wake up, and smell the coffee.
