Fiber gets all the gut-health credit.

But a Stanford trial just showed fermented foods did something fiber couldn’t.

In a randomized study published in Cell, healthy adults ate either a high-fiber diet or a high-fermented-food diet for 10+ weeks (yogurt, kefir, kimchi, kombucha, fermented veggies).

The fermented group:

• Steadily increased gut microbial diversity

• Lowered multiple inflammatory proteins (including IL-6)

• Shifted immune-cell activity in a healthier direction

The more fermented foods they ate, the bigger the benefits.

The high-fiber group improved certain microbial functions but didn’t get the same diversity boost or drop in inflammation markers.

Low microbial diversity + chronic low-grade inflammation is a quiet driver of so many modern health issues.

Fermented foods appear to hit both.

Try this:

Add 1–2 servings of real fermented foods daily for the next 2–3 weeks and notice how you feel.

🚨AAI has urged the Tamil Nadu government to expedite the proposed Rameswaram Airport project in Ramanathapuram district.

According to reports, the Airports Authority of India has expressed its willingness to build the airport and has asked the State government to identify a suitable site and acquire the required land.

AAI's pre-feasibility study reportedly recommends a site near Tiruppullani (close to Keelakarai), though the final location is yet to be decided. The project is expected to be considered under the UDAN regional connectivity scheme.

Discussions on the final site selection are still underway.
