In 1987, Trump was having financial difficulties (he lost $1 Billion dollars from 1978-1990) - so he turned to Russia. The KGB literally paid for his trip to Russia, and he was recruited by the KGB. #Krasnov
Notably: BLM RI PAC issues a statement in response to Fisher's endorsement of Trump, as follows:
"In response to recent media coverage, BLM RI PAC (Black Lives Matter Rhode Island Political Action Committee) is issuing a statement to clarify that Mark Fisher is not and has never been affiliated with our organization. The views expressed by Mr. Fisher in the referenced Fox News segment do not reflect the values or beliefs of BLM RI PAC. We would like to emphasize that Mark Fisher claims association with Black Lives Matter Rhode Island, a non profit organization. Any statements or actions attributed to him should not be conflated with our organization.
We are disappointed by the association between Mark Fisher and former President Trump, as expressed in the Fox News interview. BLM RI PAC remains focused on our mission to create positive change through advocacy, education, and community engagement." (GoLocalProv News Team)
Will he or won’t he Resign? Y’all know the answer to that, but now that I’ve dug into the entire report, let’s talk about it!
George Santos has been conning his way to Congress since before the ‘22 election! I was unaware that he started his little scheme during his failed ‘20 election.
Here’s a little background so that you know that this was a thorough & comprehensive investigation:
1) The committee sent 37 subpoenas, 43 voluntary requests for information, and reviewed over 172,000 pages of documents, while interviewing over 40 witnesses! (And I thought I brought receipts whew!)
2) For months the committee (over 8) provided opportunities for
Kitara to provide responses & instead while they understood that he may not want to incriminate himself, he attempted to commit fraud on the committee & delay its investigation (kinda on brand)
Highlights from the report are as follows:
1) Exact quote, “As an initial matter members of Santos own campaign staff viewed him as a ‘fabulist’ whose penchant for telling lies was so concerning that he was encouraged to seek treatment” (this set the tone for the entire report but also tells you that people KNEW this guy was a fraud)
2) The actual Job George did have, didn’t pay him well, at all. He failed to disclose his actual income from there though because guess what they were under investigation for SECURITIES FRAUD. Yes, Harbor City Financial ran a Ponzi Scheme… I guess they trained him well.
3) Keeping in line with running a Ponzi scheme, I’m not sure how many webs he tried to create, but honestly, he woulda been better off continuing to lose… he prob wouldn’t have gotten caught. So he sets up two dif fraudulent companies. (1 for each cycle) the one he used in ‘22 was super Wild as he set it up & convinced his team that they’d done such good work in miralago, that they should bring them on…. Only thing is, it was his “digital fundraising company,” Redstone. So he was self dealing, but decided to take it up a notch.
4) George decided to use Redstone as a front for an Independent Expenditure (SuperPac with no pesky campaign limits). He solicits 2 donors in one day for $25000 a piece for some “ads,” on behalf of the campaign which candidates are strictly prohibited from interacting with & he immediately transferred that $50k to his personal account.
5) There’s more than 240k in cash withdrawals that were made that are unaccounted for & Santos was continually reimbursed for campaign loans he never made to his campaign totaling somewhere between 700-800k when they can’t find where he really made over $27 or so and his taxes never indicated more than $70k ish.
6) In short, Santos lived off of his campaign. The campaign was nothing more than a vehicle for him to buy Hermes, Ferragamo, Sephora, get Botox (who knew it was so expensive), & of in course get your only fans fix… now if this was apart of the campaign funded honeymoon is still a question that I have.
7) Expect another expulsion vote. “This matter is unprecedented… his fraud on the electorate is ongoing.” I will again vote yes & those that had concerns regarding due process will probably vote yes as he was given ample opportunity to defend himself & didn’t.
