BREAKING: The UK has discovered that the Royal Navy's new spy drone fleet planned for the Strait of Hormuz and multiple Gulf spy missions against Iran have been secretly transmitting data from the drone's primary camera to China since March, per The Telegraph.
The £12M K3 Scout multirole uncrewed surface vessel (drone boat) fleet built by Kraken Technology had cameras with Chinese-made components transmitting "heartbeat communications" to an IP address in China, with cameras remaining active even when the drones were switched off.
The compromised cameras were also near highly sensitive meetings between senior UK special forces staff, and preparations for Britain's Gulf plans against Iran had been conducted on the compromised drones.
The same K3 Scout model has also been purchased by US Special Operations Command.
A Coritiba player scored away at Chapecoense in the Brazilian Serie A last night and jumped over the advertising board to celebrate, only to fall down a hole and injure himself… 🫣
After all that, the goal was disallowed too… 😭
@Vegaphantom@suasoptics The Church has always defended capitalism for the purpose of common good and for people to have access to all basic needs. I think is fair to be against people who abuse capitalism.
@WilliamTheSama1@ClassicalTheis Don't you think God could have made a "failsafe" in case stuff got so dire for things on our world, giving mercy and chance to thrive and live? The body and soul also go hand in hand, sin damages the body and soul altogether. You may say sin "evolves" our body.
@WilliamTheSama1@ClassicalTheis It is fair to make an assessment that, things can evolve over time depending on environment, etc. It's a truly fascinating to see the world adapt to things, as if God designed us this way to live and prosper even at worst scenarios because he loves us. The God life, not of death.
@PeterGreatGb@KyleEd0@FinanceLiam Gosh forbid... me trying to get you a salary increase and shift the market value of candidates upwards... good golly, you must have dealt with some scammers
@KyleEd0@FinanceLiam I don't understand why the insult. My job is to make sure you get the best deal out of role we are recruiting for which includes increasing the salary band, I get more money you get more money = win win. You need to complain to the CEO's dictating the salary.
@WilliamTheSama1@ClassicalTheis Gnosticism means salvation through secret knowledge and rejection of the material world; JP II preached the opposite. Accepting biological evolution does not amount to denying divine Revelation.
@WilliamTheSama1@ClassicalTheis Calling JP II a “Gnostic” requires evidence that he denied Christ, the Incarnation, the Church, or the sacraments. His teaching explicitly affirmed all four. Evolution, meanwhile, concerns the origin of the body—not the denial of God or Revelation. That is polemic, not proof.
@WilliamTheSama1@ClassicalTheis Wild to think you thought Jan Pawel II was a narcissist, perhaps you're getting confused with Paul II? I would say JP2 is one of the top Popes for the Church out there, I recommend reading more about what he has done for Church.
New place, who dis.
Also, I will never get over the fact that in the Netherlands it's somewhat common for the tenant to take the floor with them when they move out.
@FinanceLiam This also means that they can skip training and upskilling as they think it's a waste of resources. They want a "click and go" type of candidate not a "mould with role and progress". It is really grim out there, lot's of companies looking to hire but they also don't want to hire
@FinanceLiam I work in the Recruitment sector and I have noticed that the standard for new employees has certainly shifted. Companies don't want to take risks with recent Graduates, they rather have someone with 3+ years experience as it shows "stability".
