Remembering this moment! Had my first ballet 1/2 class - the next bump up from ballet 1. I was just as nervous today as I was in my first intro class. My ballet classes are the highlight of my week, I can’t get enough. Extremely proud of myself!

Latest make is a special one!! Moulin Rouge (movie) inspired pillow for my desk chair. The grip that film has had on me FOR YEARS can’t be beat. This was one of the more difficult projects I’ve done, proud of myself. #moulinrouge

Sunday morning make! Inspired by the Trader Joe’s tote except I don’t like stuff that has brand names on it. Thrifted the canvas for $3 and used a yellow ochre solid from my stash. I’ll add a keychain or maybe an embroidery or something eventually. MAKING STUFF IS SO FUN.

This weekend’s make! It was going to be a spring/summer wall hanging to go above my desk, but I changed my mind and made it a quilted tote instead! A little cottagecore, grannychic vibe using mostly thrifted fabrics. The geese being my favorite of the bunch.
