@discolexia1 Every year when snow first falls, it’s a tradition of mine to launch up RDR2 to replay the single player. One of my all time favorites where even just walking with your horse to enjoy the environment is peaceful and enjoyable. Never gets old!
Its amazing how games/movies/tv can inspire us to visit places we’ve never considered going to and feel magic from a place you wouldn’t expect. We spent the weekend exploring the northern OR coast chasing the vibes of Life Is Strange games, here’s the vid!

We had a crafty weekend making Stardew Valley perler bead farm animals after @krsextonart got hooked on the game. Kinda therapeutic. Definitely will be making more in the future!
If anyone is interested, here’s a link to my portfolio that shares some of my findings/process of this project: https://t.co/MlO1NICvCN
Take with a grain of salt since I’m still new to this but perhaps it’ll inspire you to open up Unreal!
The last few months I’ve been learning Unreal for UI. This project marks my first effort at pushing myself away from the tutorial trap and applying what I’ve learned to recreate a game menu. Well, the process took me a lot longer than expected but I do feel like a learned a lot!
Love the idea that the two main characters are a couple. If we get to play as both, like in V, it’s going to be interesting to play through the different perspectives in this Bonnie & Clyde like relationship.
Congrats to the devs because this looks amazing!
@charlteon As someone who is still searching for that break into games, it’s always nice to see folks share portfolio work of when they first joined the industry. Gives some glimmer of hope for others especially during this year of layoffs. Thanks for sharing Charlie!
