Anyone attempting to create a law and order situation in India over developments in the Middle East or attacks on the Iranian regime should be dealt with firmly and decisively.

Remember what happened at Azad Maidan in 2012 under the Congress and NCP coalition government. Indian Islamists staged violent protests over the Rakhine riots between ethnic Buddhists and Rohingya Muslims, damaging both private and public property worth crores. An Islamist named Abdul Quadir Mohammed Younus Ansari also desecrated the Amar Jawan Jyoti memorial and was later nabbed from Bihar.

Violent demonstrations over foreign conflicts have no place in a sovereign republic. The Indian government must make it clear that loyalty to the Constitution and the rule of law is non-negotiable, and that public disorder, vandalism, and protests of any kind over foreign Islamic conflicts will not be tolerated under any circumstances in India.

If any Indian Muslim feels so deeply invested in the religious wars of another country that it overrides their commitment to India’s laws and public order, the answer is not to bring that conflict here. The answer is to move to the conflict zone.

The medieval concept of religious brotherhood rooted in theology has no legal standing in modern constitutional democracies. In India, citizenship, rights, and duties are defined by the Constitution of India, not by medieval jurisprudential classifications.

India respects freedom of religion, but it does not recognise transnational religious mobilisation as a licence for domestic unrest. If any individual or group attempts to act on the basis of a transnational ideological framework that conflicts with Indian law, he or she should be treated as a traitor to the state of India.

At the same UN, Syrian President Ahmed al-Sharaa, once a US designated global terrorist, was allowed to speak and was applauded.

A former al-Qaeda member, he led Jabhat al-Nusra, responsible for ISIS-style brutalities: massacres of civilians, including Alawite, Shia, and Druze communities, with summary executions, beheadings, torture, looting, and mass displacement. His forces carried out suicide bombings, targeted assassinations, kidnappings, and car bomb attacks. They made propaganda videos documenting the beheadings of soldiers and civilians to create fear and instability, earning him his US terrorist designation.

Yet now, the US supports him and the UN platforms him. Just highlighting what a joke this UN is!

Technically, this conflict is a huge victory for India, no doubt about that. But still, it doesn't feel so. The popular mood, despite that, is gloomy.

Because how it ended. We agreed to an unconditional ceasefire despite having such a decisive upper hand. People somehow made peace with that too, but what happened yesterday late evening still doesn't make sense.

They attacked us again despite the ceasefire. Everyone was reporting attacks on Srinagar, Udhampur, RS Pura, and more. Media, people, the CM, everyone reported it, but after some time, they became restrained.

Then the MEA came out and said they violated the ceasefire and that we want Pakistan to take action and respect it, and that’s it. We didn't retaliate. End of conflict. Such an anti-climax!

Modi's criticism can be based on your expectations from him, and not on how Congress would have fared in this situation.

Congress stands nowhere. Congress rule (and even BJP under Atal) over the years made us believe that terror attacks are a normal part of life and "Hum is kayartapoorna harkat ki ninda karte hain aur agar Pakistan ko lagta hai ki isse woh hamara hausla tod payega to yeh uski bhool hai" is a befitting response to them.

We did nothing after 26/11, despite the whole world being on our side. We instead went on to issue a joint statement that Pakistan is also a victim of terror.

Even 1971. Indira split Pakistan into two. Ok! But what did that actually achieve for India? Now, we have two Pakistans. The Indian Army delivered a massive victory and handed the govt unprecedented leverage, 93,000 Pakistani POWs and occupied territory. With that kind of bargaining power, we could have taken back PoK or settled the Kashmir issue once and for all. But it was all squandered. The govt failed to convert military success into long-term strategic advantage, and that failure is undeniable.

For the first time in 54 years, we crossed the IB and targeted Pakistan's military establishments in response to a terror attack. It wouldn't have happened under Congress rule. I know this isn't enough, but saying "Indira hoti to yeh hota, woh hota" is unfair.

A Request 🙏

Except for a few honorable exceptions, the celebrities of Bharat, across different sectors like Bollywood, sports, intellectuals, industrialists etc, terribly let us down during last few days when the nation was going through challenging times.

Many of them remained shamelessly silent, while rest of them were so measured in their response as if they were asked to support the enemy. And then there was another extremely disgusting class of celebrities who actually worked against the interests of our nation.

All these so-called Heroes are False Heroes.

We must ask ourselves that at the time of adversity who worked for the nation, who saved the nation and who all will steer the nation forward from here. They are the Real Heroes.

If we really want a Viksit Bharat tomorrow, we also need to contribute. And the least we can contribute is to shift from worshipping the False Heroes to follow the footsteps of the Real Heroes.

You have to do it. Even if not for the nation, but for the safety and security of your own kids.
