@MBonvoyAssist Thanks, I’ve just spoken to the hotel and they are happy to waive off the penalty of the cancellation and have an email to confirm this but @Expedia are resisting. @Expedia why are you keeping my money when Sheraton have confirmed for a cancellation?? #disgrace

@Shell utter disgrace. Tried to pump tyres at Shell Trocadero, machine took my money twice but didn’t work. Assistant told me to try again then blamed my tyres. He tried it himself and it still didn’t work, yet refused a refund because the machine isn’t working properly . 🤯
