@StocksandSkulls @NoLimitGains Adjust is probably the better term. Nothing is set for a fall. Sales are dropping (mostly seasonal). Home inventory is only slightly up year over year. Prices will only fall when there is massive market competition or homes cannot sell. Nothing likely changes until spring.
