1)   This prosecution is politically motivated. Askar KAIYRBEK spoke in support of the peaceful oppositional movement “Koshe Partiyasy”.
2)   Askar KAIYRBEK has never supported or taken part in any terrorist and extremist groups, and has no information about them.

1/2💢On 26 January 2022 judge Almas ZHUMAGAZIN refused to grant parole to political prisoner Askar #KAIYRBEK citing that Askar KAIYRBEK hadn’t taken part in “exposing those who formed terrorist and extremist groups”.
