@TransUnion Support staff who cut you off halfway through your explanation of the problem, assuming that you haven’t done what you have just become very good at doing because you have already practiced it many times in your repeated attempts to log in.

@TransUnion I tried again today, still couldn’t log into website: authetication error. Called support - first two people hung up on me. Third one, Mary (she was wonderful!) actually stayed on the line long enough to guide me through and get me in.

@TransUnion I would be taking my business elsewhere by this point if it weren’t for the fact that my bank recommends contacting both TransUnion and Equifax to secure my situation.

@TransUnion I didn’t have this problem with Equifax - there I talked to a person and received a fraud alert and a case number in one short phone call - but with TransUnion, we are at over three hours with still no access.

@TransUnion After 5 attempts, I still cannot crest an account - apparently all my information is invalid - yet I need a website account in order to dispute the fraudulent activity.

@TransUnion So I have spent all day trying to Create an account on the TransUnion site because someone had fraudulently applied for credit cards in my name.
