🚨🇵🇸🇪🇬 Heartbreaking... the man who organized the Gaza World Cup watch party has been KILLED in an Israeli airstrike.

Mohamed al-Wahidi helped organize giant screens where families in Gaza could gather to watch Egypt vs. Argentina on Tuesday.

He was the director of the Egyptian Committee in Gaza, which provides food, shelter, and other humanitarian assistance to Palestinians.

But just before kick-off, an Israeli strike hit a car in Gaza City's Sabra neighborhood, killing al-Wahidi, a driver, and two brothers aged 8 and 10.

لا أريد أن أُفسد فرحة أحد، وهنيئا لكل المنتخبات التي تنتصر وحظًا أوفر لمن يخسر،

ولكن، صرخة واجبة لما جرى ويجري في غزة،

حصيلة الشهداء اليومية في ازدياد، ومناطق القصف عادت إلى قلب الأحياء الشعبية والتجمعات، وكل شارع في غزة صار أكثر خطورة، وكل طفل وامرأة وشاب وشيخ باتوا عرضة للموت الرخيص،

ويبدو أن الإسرائيلي نجح في خطة التخدير الإعلامي للمشهد، فقد أوقف الحرب وتخلّص من الضغط والزخم والاحتجاجات، ولكنه واصل القتل بالوتيرة المحتملة،

وأقنع الفلسطيني والعربي وكل متابع للمشهد أن شهيديْن وثلاثة وخمسة وحتى عشرة نعمة كبيرة، طالما أن الحصيلة ليست خمسين ولا مائة في اليوم الواحد، في أخبث عملية تضليل وتطبيع على المستوى الذهني والنفسي والاجتماعي،

هذا المشهد يجب أن يتغير، ويجب أن تعود غزة لتشغل عقول وأذهان وأوقات محبيها ومناصريها، والتفكير بكل طريقة ممكنة وغير ممكنة لإنقاذها وإنقاذ الناجين من محرقتها،

لقد كان الوقت من دم حينما كان هناك مائة وخمسمائة شهيد في اليوم الواحد، والآن، الوقت من دم أيضا…!
