@Airtel_Presence What is the meaning of "Unlimited Data Plan" when in reality you throttle data to 2g speeds after an arbitrary limit? Unlimited means unlimited data; setting limits and throttling speeds is illegal.
@Airtel_Presence my data has been down for over 12 hours now and absolutely zero updates from Airtel. Finally managed to lodge a complaint and I get a resolution TAT of 7 days! You expect customers to wait till 14 May?! Ridiculous service in Mumbai!

@Airtel_Presence fabulously unprofessional service! WiFi is down since 4 July. First for 26 hours. Then again on 6 July. Now again it's down since 5 hours. How on earth are we supposed to work? No other network has such long downtimes as @airtel

@MyntraSupport Since I didn't receive a single call, message, or any response from Myntra despite multiple messages and calls, I have cancelled my order. This has been extremely unprofessional and shockingly irresponsible. Don't know any shopping portal which so shamelessly ignores customers

@MyntraSupport Yes sure, and not surprised that it's been 2 days now and nobody has still called me or resolved my complaint. Just replying on X means nothing if my issue hasn't been resolved! I had logged my complaint at 1pm on 14 April and you'll don't have the decency to call back for 2 days

@MyntraSupport I have been waiting for 26h to simply speak to a human. Is that much patience enough? Is really that hard to call back a customer? And why am j getting a message for a feedback without getting a call?
