@TheOfficialSBI I’m NRI, unable to transfer money from NRE to NRO online. “Transaction failure”. Tried several times but simply no reason mentioned for transaction failure. Appreciate if you could address this issue.

@iijmio Dear team, I need help regarding my latest mobile bill. I generally get a bill around 3000 to 5000Yen per month. But my last bill is around 23,000Yen. When I checked the bill details it is showing as international call charges. Could you please check and help me out.

@iijmio Thanks but IIJmio support center is only requesting for Japanese mail communication. I already wrote to them couple of times, they wanted me to write in Japanese only.
Any other mail ID which can accept English communication??

But how can I validate the correctness of the bill. I assume that IIJmio sent it correctly but there may be chance of inadvertent charges. Every month I get only around 5000Yen, but only last month is very high.
