@PilotDaveLI @LIRR @LIRR this is the same train I tweet about often. It’s too packed and you have no other options for us to get to Penn between 7:30-8:00. Even the 7:52 baldwin to GC doesn’t even stop at Jamaica, it’s really insane

@LIRR the 7:58am from Baldwin to Penn is PACKED everyday, standing room only. The Babylon line has way too many customers to have trains stopping at all stops including Forest Hills. Something has to change asap. Give us more options to get to Penn during rush hour!

@LIRR the 7:58 Baldwin to Penn train is completely packed. I know it was added because there weren’t any Penn train options for us for over an hour during rush hour but every time I take this train it’s standing room only. Schedule still needs lot of tweaking, any plans?

@LIRR I am very grateful for the added 7:58am train from Baldwin to Penn. this is the first time since GC opened that I do not have to transfer to get to work. I would advise that this train is very very crowded and stopping and Jamaica and FH is standing room only.

@Candis86 @LIRR Completely agree. I used to take this train to Penn and it was a comfortable ride and transported a lot of people. Now I have to transfer at St. Albans just to get to Penn and am late to work everyday. It’s disgusting what they’ve done to their customers

@LIRR @jdescher The reason why it’s so crowded is because you don’t give Baldwin riders a chance to go into Penn directly during that time. Everyone has to go on the “least convenient” and “least time consuming” train just to get to work now. Completely destroyed peoples commutes

@LIRR A lot of customers would still like to utilize the 20 trip ticket. You’re literally taking away options for customers who still have a hybrid work schedule. Not fair at all

@LIRR why did you take away the 20 trip option? For a commuter such as myself where I only go in two days a week, that was the most feasible option financially. Now I’m stuck with buying two ten trips a month or a monthly…it’s just not right what your doing to customers.

@LIRR That’s impossible and untrue. the whole 7:52 train to GC got off at St. Albans to get on a packed Penn station train 10 minutes later. It’s ridiculous. My commute went from 39 minutes to now 50 minutes when there’s no delays and there’s ALWAYS delays everyday!

baldwin between 7:20-8:30am during the weekday morning rush hour commute? I’m so confused, can you please explain what’s going on?? Transferring at at. Albans and waiting 10 minutes for a train is crazy.

We are now on another flight that is schedule to get in at 2:30am, unacceptable. People have work and activities in the morning. Your airline has become completely unreliable. My mother is still stranded at the airport with an ETA of a 2:30am flight..crazy

@JetBlue I used to consistently fly your airline but recently every single time I book a flight it’s either cancelled or massive delays. My kids are getting into destinations at 4am…completely unacceptable
