@VideoGameHstry The key words are “13 years ago”. Times and habits change.

@Victor_Lucas No matter what a console is priced at, PC is always higher. I don’t think you need that many exclusives a year to make a system compelling to purchase. Just look at consoles of the past. How many really moved the needle in sales in a year?

[ksncobra @ksncobra]

@JavaidUsama The key takeaway is that it is was 13 years. That’s a long time. Things change over such a long time especially buying habits.

[ksncobra @ksncobra]

@AmySongX They have record profits. That’s the only state that shareholders and the bean counters care about.

[ksncobra @ksncobra]

@NoahJ615 They’ll just say you can buy it at retail with a code in a box. Retailers can theoretically price it different. Who knows in reality.

[ksncobra @ksncobra]

@DomTheBomb PlayStation. Still my preferred platform, even though I hate the physical media decision. I’ll reluctantly buy digital all the time, since it’s pretty much digital everywhere else anyway or will be soon as well. What’s the point of switching. Still hate the move.

[ksncobra @ksncobra]

@digitalfoundry I’m all for physical games and that’s what I always purchase when available. But voting in polls is likely not effective, what is more effective is to BUY physical games! I fear most don’t, as numbers I see reported show that the overwhelming majority buy digital. Sad.

[ksncobra @ksncobra]

@Victor_Lucas And people should actually buy physical media or we all look like hypocrites. The digital sales vastly outstrip the physical media numbers. And that’s disappointing to me when I always buy physical when available. But I feel a lot of people don’t practice what they preach.

[ksncobra @ksncobra]

@Victor_Lucas In their dreams. This ship has sailed for MS.

[ksncobra @ksncobra]

@longislandviper Got it for PS5. Love it! Congrats on the release.
