@AirCanada update: no hotel vouchers available (ran out with the Toronto passengers) so we're all on our own finding hotels for the night. Pretty sure this isn't how this should work Air Canada.

@AirCanada This is what terrible service looks like. 25 passengers, 1am in Montreal. Told to pick up a phone and call the main line for hotel and meal vouchers. Toronto transferring passengers were met at the gate with all their docs, rest of the country had to chase ours down.
