@getpantheon We have a client who was looking to cut some costs and cancel superfluous services, and accidentally had a staffer delete their Pantheon account. We're being told that it's not possible to recover the backups of their site/database/etc. Is there anything at all you guys can do?

Don't hide trying to get a better place - get in fights right away, go again immediately when you die. You'll iterate and learn so much faster and be less frustrated while doing it!
