Every day in the UK, around 20 people die by suicide.
Behind every number is a person, a family and people who love them.
If you’re worried about someone, reach out.
Ask how they’re really doing. Listen. Let them know they’re not alone.
One conversation can change everything.

Tesco prices are insanely high:
Box of Special K = £4.25
Vanish clothes stain remover = £12
Beef steak mince = £7.10
Boneless salmon fillets = £8
£31.35 for just four items. This is completely unaffordable for millions of people.

So very sad 😢 today when a tree was taken down outside my flat with an active great tits nest inside.
They even left one of the poor birds body on the lawn.
Distressing to witness the poor parents coming back-and-forth to the destroyed nest.

The stories so many of you have shared in response to Jamie’s Dyslexia Revolution - about your own journeys, struggles, and strengths - have been powerful, emotional, and deeply moving.
If you’ve got something to say about dyslexia or neurodiversity—whether it’s your own experience, a frustration, or a big idea—please share it with @bphillipsonMP with the hashtag #ComeOnBridget and let her know that change is needed!
If you missed it last night on @Channel4 you can watch the documentary here >> https://t.co/9scmMHRqbw

We are deeply saddened by the tragic loss of two firefighters and a member of the public in Oxfordshire.
Our thoughts are with their families, friends, and all at Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue Service. As a mark of respect, our stations have lowered their flags to half-mast. We stand in solidarity with our fire and rescue community.
@nbett@SarahMillican75 It’s tough. My mother is very cruel and unkind and I mad the decision a long time ago to stop contact altogether. It’s still painful but essential for my MH
We are deeply saddened to hear about the sudden loss of Eddie Jordan.
With his inexhaustible energy he always knew how to make people smile, remaining genuine and brilliant at all times.
Eddie has been a protagonist of an era of F1 and he will be deeply missed.
In this moment of sorrow, my thoughts and those of the entire Formula 1 family are with his family and loved ones.
