Khalra collected data on unidentified bodies from three areas, attributed all of them to extrajudicial killings & then extrapolated those figures to the entire Punjab to arrive at a claim of around 25,000. That is not how statistics work. Eventually over 100 bodies were attributed to these killings.

But Khalistanis have already made the 25,000 official.

Who cares?

For decades, such narrative had been used by Canadian Khalistani to radicalize generations, spread misinformation & cultivate victimhood, despite the AI182 bombing executed by Canadian Khalistani that killed 329 people.

The same narrative has shaped the diaspora politics, through selective atrocity literature, with the broader community ultimately paying the price.
