My original order date is 26th Sep.

I ordered a Samsung s9 FE+ tab on 26th September 2024 still not delivered to me. When I raised the issue with customer support, they told me to cancel this order and order a new one.

What kind of this response?
Please help.

I ordered this tab on BBD sale. Obviously now the price is increased on this tab.
If you do not want to deliver the order at sale price then why are you fooling the customers.
