@HMRCcustomers I tried them and they cannot help either, after 25mins waiting to get through. You have no idea how much stress HMRC causes sole traders, it is appalling.

I think I would make a good pruner. I like pruning. Standing back, making a considered assessment, then inflicting a good bit of destruction. Very satisfying.
