@AmericanAir @kctrvl I hope @AmericanAir ‘s short-sighted leadership has figured in that you'll lose valuable customer loyalty and eventually real revenue. I spent a lot of time gaining elite status and giving your airline priority but that won’t happen any more.

@americanair some orgs. require buying the lowest fare for business travel (ie. basic economy) & this is when I used to be able to use my elite status to select a seat or even get a nicer seat. Now that this is not an option I will not be prioritizing AA for work travel.

@AmericanAir flight 3201 is a 1-hour flight and they have delayed the whole plane because of a ‘broken food tray’. There seems to be no regard for scheduled departures anymore!

@Delta DL1585 was cancelled this morning without any notice. My daughter missed a critical appointment and the agent could not get her on another flight until 7 hrs later! This is not acceptable, how do we file a complaint?

To make matters worse they’re charging almost double what others are in the city.

@vwcares How do I inquire if a VW dealership is overcharging for and exaggerating a repair that I must have? We have a leaking Tiguan thermostat housing but they are also replacing the water pump and other items.
