On July 25, apx 4:00 pm, the victim's vehicle was parked in the 1900 block of Preston Road. An unknown female “keyed” the backside of the vehicle, causing over $4000 in damage.

Latest eclipse thinking:
Simply, better chances of optimal viewing the farther northeast you are in North Texas. Worse chances the farther south you are.
However, even if you are in an area with low-level clouds, there may be some breaks in those clouds that allow viewing.

Very few changes in forecast cloud cover for Monday just before Eclipse time (1pm).
Total cloud cover...broken down into layers.
High clouds more pronounced today (vs y'day).
Some low clouds surge north but hopefully a lower coverage.
Data has been fairly consistent run to run.
