@AmericanAir you disappoint. Had to change our flight due to tropical storm - which AA recognized bc it cancelled our flight a day later - and yet AA still refuses to credit me for the change in flight price.

@americanairlnes you split up my young children from me on our flight home and then make it impossible for me to modify our flight without having to wait on hold for over 18 hours now. So many problems with our first flight since covid. Still waiting for callback. Ridiculous.
