So far there's not much change in Francine with 90 mph winds and pressure at 976mb. Landfall still projected in Eastern St Mary Parish (where worst conditions will manifest) to possibly Western Terrebonne late this afternoon into the early evening hours.

I will be sending out hourly Power Doppler 3 updates at :30 past the hour on this page, on top of Francine track and forecast updates.
