@Plusnet I am disgusted that you are allowing people to take out phone contacts without notifying them that there is an issue. I want to switch to a different provider but have been told that I could lose my original phone number. I have now been without a working phone since 12th April.

Booked hotel through lastminute too but that wasn’t even cancelled even though we had no way of getting there so don’t know if I’ll get a refund. Told me about the handling fee but are still trying to take more money than the supposed fee.

@lastminute_com Can’t reply to your direct message. I spent £401.61 on flights, if you deduct £25.42 it comes to a total of £376.19. The refund you have offered me is for £357.12. Where is the extra £19.07?
