Spent literally 6 hours on hold with @Delta today; eventually had to hang up to take care of my kids at bed time.This, after they changed my flight, moving my family from a Sun afternoon to Mon midday return, asking us to sleep in Mexico City. The worst. What’s wrong with you?!?!
