We are excited to announce (pending board approval) our new Program Director/Head softball coach, coach Tim “Shep” Shepherd.

Tim Shepherd has been coaching softball for the last 22 years, working with players from all around the midwest. From recreational softball to travel softball, his passion for the sport only continues to grow.

He is also the owner/operator of Shep’s Indoor Training facility, where hundreds of kids come to receive the best hitting and pitching training in the Greater Cincinnati area.

Tim is looking forward to getting back into coaching high school softball this year, after taking a few years off.

Sam Landry and her husband Kyler Duhon bought a facility called Train Every Athlete in Cypress, TX.

Their goal is to start with a tee-ball league to teach correct fundamentals and have young kids learn it, before being thrown into a competitive game.

Landry feels softball can be a hard sport to love early without understanding the basics and once that’s accomplished, joy can be brought to an athlete earlier.
