He was 14 when the first SC/ST Act case was filed against him.

Since then, he has faced 13 more & spent his teenage years in jail for crimes he never committed.💔

His family lost their wealth & land fighting his case.

Meanwhile, the man who filed the case received ₹46 lakh.🫡

[OpIndia.com @OpIndia_com]

One family filed 21 cases under the SC/ST Act, 14 against a single family, forcing them to face 42 court hearings every month.

Villagers told us that the ‘oppressed’ family received ₹46 lakh in compensation. People now fear speaking about it openly.

But off camera, everyone tells the same story about a ‘business model’ built around SC/ST cases.

How a law meant to prevent atrocities became a tool for profit. Watch @Keshavmalan93’s special investigation to find out.

Software engineer Sambhav Jain.

Married in 2023 and had a premature child who faced frequent illnesses, leading to heavy medical expenses that forced him into deep debt.

The resulting financial strain triggered severe marital discord, culminating in a 2025 divorce with a total settlement agreement of ₹3 crore to his wife. Had already paid ₹1 crore, he was facing an immediate demand for the next ₹1 crore alongside his mounting medical debts.

Overwhelmed by financial distress and mental stress, he messaged his father stating he could no longer manage the liabilities before jumping from the 42nd floor in Noida.

Sad.

My salute to the Indian pilot Captain Smit Machchhar for his extraordinary bravery.

Despite being stabbed and seriously injured, he fought back, resisted, opened the cockpit door, and enabled passengers and crew to overpower the attacker — preventing a catastrophic mid-air disaster.

He saved the lives of 174 people, including Israeli citizens and other nationals.

I wish Captain Machchhar a speedy and full recovery.

He is a true hero.

& Its because of their self-respect, not affluence.

"In SC/ST act cases, 75% of the money is given even before case is proven in court.

Money acts as an incentive for filing fake cases, it has become a huge business model.

Ppl are using it for blackmail, personal enmity, even sexual harassment."

Hello All,
A fake narrative has been pushed in media for decades that SC/ST students face maximum dropouts/suicides in educational institutions.

This is not the truth!

Data shows that maximum dropouts & suicides are happening in GC students.

This is the data presented by govt in parliament (2019-2023)👇

Total Dropouts: 33,979
GC: 16,777 (49.37%)
OBC: 8,602 (25.32%)
SC: 4,823 (14.19%)
ST: 3,777 (11.12%)

Total Suicides: 75
GC: 39 (52.00%)
OBC: 25 (33.33%)
SC: 10 (13.33%)
ST: 1 (1.33%)

Request everyone to spread this data, across all SM platforms, as much as possible.

And never believe any media report, politician or activists blindly.

In case you see someone making such claims, always ask for data to back their claims.
Never believe without proof.

[Himanshu Mishra @himanshumi2911]
