@AvantiWestCoast absolutely appalled at the service from Glasgow to London Euston. After a 83 min delay we have now had to change at Preston for the next London service which was already full. There are mums with babies standing in toilets because there are no seats.

not forgetting there was no shop on the first train because according to the train manager ‘they could not locate the catering staff’. So we have now gone 4 hours with no water available.
