@LNER I’ve seen that during my travel up to Northallerton on the 17th February from London Kings Cross and back down on the 23rd February there’s meant to be a bus replacement to York? Is that so? Am I no longer able to complete journeys direct?

@LNER I’m not trying to get to Darlington. I’ve been advised to to change at Leeds to head to York? What on earth is going on here

@LNER been forced onto the 20.03 from KX to Leeds (attempting to get to Eaglescliffe) due to two other trains not leaving London. can’t even get down to the buffet cart for food or water as the carriages and vestibules are so full of people and all their luggage. this is hell!

@LNER No can do as I’m also trying to get myself back home to Saltburn. I’ll end up being stranded if I get off this train and wait for another. My original train was meant to be get me in to Eaglescliffe not long after 10pm. Aaabsolutely no chance of that now 🥲

@Sam_Taylor @GC_Rail @LNER Yep makes no sense as to why I can’t use a LNER service, especially when they used to allow us to under these circumstances! I have a meeting back in London this evening that I’m certainly not going to make now.
