Looks like a tech fiasco at @Target. Bad job communicating to customers after a bad job upgrading to a new system. This has been going on since April with no resolution… it’s 2025 and we’re getting *months* of downtime. #ouch

I spoke to Target employees & they say people have been coming into store to pay bills since they can't login online

@sueinphilly @roguegal12 @Target Watch the autopay. We had it for years, after April ours was auto-cancelled (our card info is still valid). No notifications until we got a collection letter, can’t log in, even their phone doesn’t recognize our account info. Paid in store but card doesn’t work for purchases now.
