@somenmishra0 I have practiced yoga with the institute for 2 years & don't discredit them. But this is nuanced. Meditation/body awareness (somatic therapy) will bring to the fore a lot that that is unprocessed for years. Our bodies store our trauma & hold space for our uncomfortable emos.

@BabaJogeshwari He checked himself into rehab again later.He had even turned his house into a sober living center for people.I have an old, thick coffee table book on Friends that documents his journey & he mentioned that the others stood by him then.He underwent major surgery 3 years ago.

Thoroughly enjoyed #SCAM1992.My first job was with a stock broking house & the show captures the frisson of aspirations & anxieties of that intimidating world just like I remember it.The Gujarati milieu also has a lived-in timbre. Nuanced storytelling & performances.
