I booked ticket at intercity bus Rewa to indore from Redbus according to the redbus this bus is good enough but the service was poorest bed sheet was dirtiest and also someone smoking inside the bus I told to the driver but he didn't even stopped .

Redbus is not following its own rules. Redbus is showing in its refund policy that if you cancel your ticket 6 hours before then the cancellation charge will be zero rupees.
But red bus is not refunding my money back . It's scam done by red bus
