Added secure doctor profile read/update and search endpoints!

Patients can now find doctors by specialty/location. Progress feels awesome.

Redis Learnings-
in-memory DB, ran via Docker, used set/get, mget/mset, setNX, INCR/DECR and GETRANGE/SETRANGE.
Great for counters & low-latency needs.
remember memory limits and persistence trade-offs.

learned how to Built an e-commerce product-listing design — SQL master + read replicas, user/admin frontends (admin has CRUD), reads via replicas for speed. Chose replicas over cache to avoid invalidation issues. #SystemDesign #100DaysOfCode

Git & GitHub — learned VCS basics, setup on Linux.
staging vs working tree, git add/commit/log/show.
and the habit: small focused commits.
Pro tip: use git reset --hard <sha> carefully.
